"The original pub building will undergo a sympathetic restoration, saving it from falling into an extended period of vacancy and deterioration.
"Later extensions to the rear of the original building will be demolished and replaced with a high-quality extension. Whilst the former pub building will house the Co-op, a detached building will be constructed at the rear of the site comprising four 2-bedroom apartments.”
