Now the order has been lifted after Arobieke argued his behaviour was not in itself criminal and was not of a sexual nature.
Judge Richard Mansell QC, sitting at Manchester Crown Court, lifted the order saying the restrictions on his freedoms could no longer be justified.
The appeal came as Arobieke, who is from Liverpool, was given a suspended sentence for breaching the ban.
