Prison sentence for man who stole designer goods from a car.

Thief Jason Ward has been jailed for six months for theft from a vehicle.

Lancashire Police issued a pubic appeal asking for help in identifying two people they wanted to speak to about the theft of a number of items from a car on Ribbleton Lane in Preston on April 30.

He pleaded guilty to the offence at Preston Magistrates Court on Friday May 10. He was also told to pay almost £5,000 in compensation
