David Kenneth Rowlinson, of Herbert Street, Preston, was ordered to have drug treatment by Preston Magistrates’ Court after admitting a burglary offence, which happened in July.
The 40-year-old was also banned from B & M Bargains, TK Maxx or ASDA in Preston for the next nine months.
