Investigation underway after car set on fire
A car has been badly damaged after being deliberately set on fire in Chorley.
The vehicle was at the entrance to the car park on Higher House Lane, Heapy, at around 6.15am this morning.
Chorley Fire Service extinguished the fire using a hose reel and crews requested the attendance of the police at the scene as the cause of the fire is thought to be deliberate. A joint investigation is now underway.
