Fitness Boot Camp is a rolling programme of 4 to 6 week courses of outdoor, and indoor where needed, group fitness training.
Led by an expert personal fitness trainer, the courses are designed to be intense, fun, invogorating, and fully coached.

The effect is a concentrated training period that produces real results and real feedback from the coach on all aspects of fitness, weight control and lifestyle, with the team ethic helping others to succeed.

The location and scheduling is carefully selected to suit the target group, avoiding arduous travel arrangements and at a time to suit working, social hours.

You can become a team leader and organise a Boot Camp for your group - if you get 10 or more names, you train for free.

Or check the schedule for upcoming boot camps local to you.

Boot Camp offers a short term commitment and maximum results.

No long term tie ins, and a huge amount of expert coaching and team motivation from day one to the final day.

Next Boot Camps start in September, in Bamber Bridge and Preston city centre.

For real results, enrol now on the next Boot Camp, and call Paul on 01254 851411 or 07855 121232.
