Our monthly meeting was a talk by Mrs Shenton, titled 'The Von Trapps.
This was a very informative talk about the real Von Trapp family about whom the Sound of Music is based.
It was interspersed with songs from the musical.
One of our other nights was Strawberry Natter Night. This was an event were members brought items of craft work to be shown and have a good talk to other members of the group. Supper was scones cream and Fresh Strawberries.
